How the Club del Helado works

Message us on WhatsApp

Send us your postal code and address. We confirm you are inside the Club del Helado delivery area before any charge.

You register your card

The subscription is charged to your credit card on the 25th of each month. That charge pays for the following month's delivery.

You receive it on the first Saturday

We message you on WhatsApp before setting out to confirm the delivery, and we arrive with your box on the first Saturday of the month.

Where the Club del Helado delivers

The Club del Helado delivers in Mexico City, across these neighbourhoods and the streets around them:

  • Roma and Condesa
  • Escandón and Anzures
  • Del Valle and Narvarte
  • Polanco
  • Coyoacán and San Ángel
  • Cuauhtémoc

If your neighbourhood is not on the list, send us your postal code on WhatsApp: the delivery area is defined by postal code and grows as more people join the Club.

WhatsApp is required. Ice cream cannot be left at the door, so we confirm with you on WhatsApp before setting out. We do not visit an address that has not confirmed the delivery.
